The day has arrived! Your adventure north will take you to Winnipeg, Manitoba where you will spend an evening layover and an opportunity to enjoy one of the fine restaurants, browse the abundant shops or perhaps, just enjoying a walk through the river confluence park. The next morning, you will depart Winnipeg at 6:15 AM on a comfortable Convair 580 turbo prop as your journey 800 miles north to the Territories, where you will board a float plane for the final leg of your trip. Around 9:30 AM as the float plane circles, the moment you have longed for, waited for months, possibly years..........has arrived.
